Membership entitles you to full use of The Fitness
Factory’s equipment, facilities and scheduled classes.
It includes a complimentary personal training session with
one of our certified trainers. Other benefits include periodic
body fat testing and discounted guest passes.

Policy - Terminations or changes in membership
status must be received by the club, in writing, by the
1st of the month. All requests for termination must be
accompanied by membership cards and payment of any dues
on the account. |
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
INFORMATION:
Monthly dues for corporate memberships are discounted
by $5 per person per month from the rates listed above. Spouses
or dependent children age 13–19 may join for a $50 initiation
fee per person. Monthly invoices must be mailed to employer’s
address.
